A scuffle broke out at a Minnesota college board assembly after a disagreement over masks.

Two males grew to become embroiled in a bodily altercation as tensions boiled over on the Jap Carver County College Board assembly, say officers.

A string of oldsters needed to talk on the assembly after the college district mandated masks for all college students starting 29 September.
