A Massachusetts man has been charged with assault for allegedly attacking a rail conductor who requested him to place a masks on.
Daniel Libby, 40, swore on the conductor and refused to placed on a masks, after which shoved the conductor and used his shoulder to pressure his method off the prepare, police say.
Officers from Massachusetts Bay Transport Authority (MBTA) Transit Police had been referred to as to Braintree Commuter Rail Station at 5.20pm on Wednesday night.
